The structure of the sentence (the first sentence in Paragraph 5) is very complex, so I can’t understand its meaning very well. I have made a guess on it, but I don’t know whether it is right. I think the sentence can be detached into three parts: creativity is the matter of using the resources; one has to produce original ideas; that are good for something. The first part is the main part in this sentence, the second one is a clause of the first one, and the third one is the clause of the second one. I think the word “one” stands for a person, the word “that” refers to “ideas”.
