I often say:" what a pity, my English!"  Even I hate English, hate English filling my life. I never think English is a delight. But, economic globalization is the objective trend of the economic development in the world. As a student of international trade, I know I must hypnotize myself: My dear English, I love you. Interest is a biggest problem for me. I hope this term’s New College English will bring me more interest. And I want improve the skill of my grammar. Writing is a good manner. According my experience, unremitting is a barrier. There are many temptations—shopping, games, love. Many times, I feel time is limited. I often imagine there are 48 hours everyday. But it is impossible. So I try to change my life style----English, you are my lover. I want to marry to him. "Aha,My dear English , I love you "
1．The author wants to tell us he is a new editor. He is not famous at first, he just has the low payment.

I think this part is the best sentence in my mind: In a world too often cold and unresponsive, such notes bring warmth and reassurance. We all need a boost from time to time, and a few lines of praise have been known to turn around a day, even a life. I often think about a question: can the world avoid being locking into cold and unresponsive? We are likely to succumb to fatigue in stressful and cold world. Many people have this experience: although some person pretended to sympathize, I knew he was laughing up his sleeve. Why we have this viewpoint? Because many people always can’t believe each other. So we should try to trust others to keep things simple. In my mind, deep inside I am conscious that simple was our destiny. We can enjoy everyone’s praise and consolation. Not only notes can bring warmth, but also every words from others.

Even if your praise is a little ahead of reality, remember that expectations are often the parents of dreams fulfilled. This sentence makes me remember the note by Don Wolfe. He wrote “A nice piece of writing on the Tigers. Keep up the good work.” May be the author’s case was not perfect. May be it was not true that his report is a nice piece. But it did matter. Because expectations are often the parents of dreams fulfilled sometimes just one word one sentence can bring much confidence to others like the author. Everyone should be offered praise and encouragement for a correct answer even a case what is not very well. Perfection will appear in the further. Because we believe tomorrow will be much better than today. This story talks about a crime. Somebody says mercy to the criminal may be cruelty to the people. But this story tells us a fact: Just a hug may change the ending of crime. It is turn more bizarre because nothing was stolen, and no one was hurt. It is not only for cheese or wine, but also for love.
Organized crime sometimes is a big problem, but if we can use a good manner, maybe just a small interlude in our life. In a world too often cold and unresponsive, the hugs bring warmth. Robbers also have family, maybe sometimes they forget how to get a hug; they forget what love is. I like a slang that is “A fault confessed is half redressed.” We can use love to reform the robbers, it is a practice which embodies humanism. Robber can identify themselves, remind how to huge, how to love. This manner also can reduce the damage of crime.I think it is a good way of self-defense, it is useful than guns in my mind. Cold world is the source of crime and need to be change. Love can bring warm to everybody including robbers.
. Stay in touch with friends and family is a good manner in my mind. I also remember one word “codependency”. If my friend loses his confidence, I will not say “You are perfect, so take easy.” I think everybody has their life, so I just say “It’s up to you. I will support( to)your decision whatever you want to do. Be realistic, if my friend meet resistance, I will give him my idea about that trouble. Maybe there is a good way I will suggest to him: just ten to twenty minutes of quiet reflection, that will bring relief from chronic stress. As a friend, I will encourage him to be continued his work.
2. As we know, every person’s consciousness is inextricably linked with our surroundings, physical and social. We adapt ourselves to our social environments. So we know one word: selfness during our life. Everybody thinks that: I just need look after myself. We know the word “selfness”. Our personality: changed. we(We) canse (I think this word is a mistake, I think you should change " use " is right.  )some words on our body: perfectionist and workaholic. We change to forget our family(families) and friends. Then we feel the world is “cold and unresponsive”. In fact, we are cold and unresponsive. I think "sex-related" means the different between male and female. The doctors want to study the bias between boys and girls in education"This has a tremendous...go on to higher achievement"----This is a long sentence, and the structure is difficlut for me. what does the "hands-on work" refer to? what is "stereotyped gender roles"? Specially, I can't understand the meaning of stereotyped. “Taking over”----this phrase has many means, what does this phrase mean in this sentence.
What is “a similar subordination of female to male students”? Can I think “subordination” means auxiliary? I think my understanding has some problems. What the benefits of instance in Paragraphs 3?

I always forget some phrases. I think I must improve it. yesterday, in your writing, I find some mistakes about spelling.
I think "short" means simple. Just use some simple words to express our ideas. :"sincere" means emotions in my mind. my mother said: :"you are very thoughtful" you and me have many sentimental mempries, because you are very kind.  Talking with you is a good thing.
